Appearance:

"Calypso" was a substance-full, harmoniously developed, expressive male with very nice masculine head. Very dark amber eyes, pigmented closed nose (right slightly open) and eyes, complete dentition, excellent pigment, very good spotting, excellent proportions, elegant neck, very well defined withers, his back was straight and firm with an excellent location croup, correctly carried tail, very good forehand, very good angulation of the hindquarters, powerfull rhythmic action with long stride and excellent drive from hindquarters, moderately angulated front and rear, very good bone and excellent cat feet, excellent ground covering gait, moved with drive. "Calypso" died on 28.02.2016.

Breeding use:

"Calypso" has been stud dog from 03.05.2003 until 02.08.2005. He made 22 puppies. He could give following excellent properties to his puppies: Very good bone and excellent pigment, excellent size, dark eyes, noble neck, straight firm back, correct croup and angulation, powerful, swinging gait in the correct step sequence, sovereign and secure.

Character:

"Calypso" was a very lively, quiet, curious and very playful dog. He was very inquisitive, fearless, confident and alert. He had an exceptionally friendly and confident nature. He had an excellent social skills and nothing could disturb him so quickly. He was people and especially toward children friendly, gentle and open minded. He was on his way an affectionate and very cuddly dog. He was gaining a very charming "Kiss & Smile" and enjoyed the attention and affection of everyone. Once he has taken someone in his heart, he won't leave his side anytime soon.
